BijzonderMOOI* online shop is open 365 days per year, 24 hours a day. You are welcome to visit our shop and place an order for unique design gifts and special home accessories at anytime.

Easy and secure payment via credit card, or wire transfer
You can pay by credit card (Visacard, Mastercard) or by wire transfer. We work with an secure payment provider: Buckaroo. You can also pay with PayPal. Click on the images for more information.
Orders placed before noon will be sent out to you within 2 working days. We have a ‘no quibble’returns policy.
Delivery estimates are good faith estimates only. BijzonderMOOI* will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise purchased passes to you upon our delivery of the merchandise to the carrier.
Returns are no problem
We have a ‘no quibble’returns policy. Merchandise purchased from BijzonderMOOI* may be returned to BijzonderMOOI* within 10 days from day of delivery only if accompanied by the original receipt, in original condition and in original packaging. Returns must be authorized via email by BijzonderMOOI* prior to shipping. Please send your return request to order@bijzondermooi.nl accompanied by the order number.
Once authorized, the returned goods must be properly packaged at the customer’s own expense and sent to:

Upon receipt of the goods in good condition, BijzonderMOOI* will within 14 days refund the total amount for the returned goods to the bank account specified.
We handle complaints immediately
If you have a complaint, please contact us (Marian van Eck/Veroniek Donkers) by email at order@bijzondermooi.nl. We will follow up immediately and rectify any reasonable complaint.
